We had used a national company previously, and they were a disaster. Although I met with several of their people who came out to do work, they could not understand (and actually argued with me about) the boundaries of our property. I had one conversation with Andrew at Lawn Doctor, during which I used software to mark our property lines. Super easy, and from day one, Lawn Doctor has treated the entire property, and every summer, the lawn looks great. They have done our weed control and fertilizer treatments, and fall core aeration for several years, and we’re delighted with them. They always come when they say they will, and are flexible if we need to make a change. Highly recommended this company for a thick, beautiful, worry-free lawn. ~ Casa H
This was my first year using Lawn Doctor, and based on my experience so far, I actively recommend them. Lawn Doctor is really good with communication - they provide advance notice for upcoming services, service details, and providing lawn care tips. The service technicians are all personable and professional. When I walk around my lawn after Lawn Doctor service I can see good coverage and application of the product. Whenever I reach out to their customer service, they are responsive, professional and address my question. For years I applied the lawn weed & feed products myself, but those products have gotten quite expensive - you also need to store that stuff along with spreaders, etc. Lawn Doctor's lawn care services are reasonable given the cost to do it yourself. Most importantly, my lawn looks great! ~ F D
Contacted them via phone and website, we emailed several times, emailed them my request, they came by to look at my flower garden at the front door and my backyard, gave me quote on the spot, estimated that they can complete the work in 2 weeks but they completed the work the next week, early in the week, earlier than expected. The backyard needed to be cut and requested to remove weeds and add mulch to the flower garden in the front. Diamond cutters performed the work, talked to the guy that did the flower garden in the front, he was Hispanic and very nice and accommodating. Called diamond cutters about payment, emailed me the bill/invoice and paid via credit card over the phone. ~ Howard S
